Fee agreement

This is the agreement a producer accepts on behalf of its company when it lists an offer on Symbolon. Buyers pay nothing, and listing is free.
When a fee is due
A fee is due only when a PPA is signed with a counterparty that the producer found, or was introduced to, through Symbolon. No deal, no fee.
How much
The fee is €0.40 per MWh on the first 100 GWh of contracted volume, €0.20 per MWh on the next 400 GWh and €0.10 per MWh above that, with a minimum of €15,000 and a maximum of €500,000 per agreement. Contracted volume is the annual volume times the years of the agreement. VAT is added. The exact amount for a specific agreement is confirmed in writing before Symbolon makes the introduction.
Payment
Symbolon invoices the producer when the PPA is signed, payable within 30 days. The rate card in force when the offer was listed is the one that applies to it, even if the card changes later.
Going around the platform
The fee is also due if the producer signs with a counterparty found through Symbolon outside the platform, as set out in the Terms & conditions.
